In the late 1800s and early 1900s. most American breweries made a Christmas beer, in limited quantities, for very special customers, close friends and family.
Anheuser-Busch was no exception with its Christmas Brew. The colourful labels that appeared on bottles of Anheuser-Busch Christmas Brew were obtained from various printing companies. While the labels were available to all brewers, the contents in the bottles differed from brewery to brewery and were crafted from carefully guarded secret formulas.
